CARON FOR PLANTATIONS
Taking into account the worldwide awareness in terms of environmental sustainability, Caron has developed a range of vehicles suitable for introducing or improving, where already present, the mechanisation in special crops plantations, particularly in the palm oil fruits collection.
Thanks to the particular and tough structure of Caron vehicles, the permanent 4x4 drive, the central joint and low-pressure tyres with wide section, the load is carried instead of being towed. The operator will so avoid sinking in mudding grounds and will be able to work during heavy rainfalls times too, without stopping collection cycles.
The vehicle’s management simplification and the remarkable reduction of working times and of fuel consumption result in a considerable costs reductions and in a quicker vehicles’ amortization, besides a greater care to grounds and to people involved into palm oil fruit collection and processing. As an example, for equal carried material, Caron vehicles - having no trailer that can often sink into mud - need less power than a traditional tractor and that means a 30% fuel consumption savings and less impact on the ground.
AR190 PALM OIL
Caron Model AR 190, extremely manoeuvrable and with reduced overall dimensions, allow to carry and unload inside the collection containers up to 2.500 kg of palm oil fruit at a time.
The models can be equipped with tanks for liquids transport, spreaders for granular fertilizer and organic manure, loading boxes for people transport, cranes, platforms, atomisers and further equipment according to customer needs.
Tank capacity of 2.600 litres, two internal baffles, a top lid for filling, 3 lower rear taps for filling knapsacks.
Spreader with rubber mat, two spreading discs, a working width between 16 and 24 meters, a capacity of 2,5 m3.
Spreader with 4 vertical rollers, 3,5 m3 capacity, with lubrication system.
CTK70 PALM OIL
Caron Model CTK allow to carry and unload inside the collection containers up to 5.000 kg of palm oil fruit at a time.
The models can be equipped with tanks for liquids transport, spreaders for granular fertilizer and organic manure, loading boxes for people transport, cranes, platforms, atomisers and further equipment according to customer needs.
Tank capacity of 5.000 litres, two internal baffles, a top lid for filling, 3 lower rear taps for filling knapsacks.
Spreader with rubber mat, two spreading discs, a working width between 16 and 24 meters, a capacity of 3,5/4 m3.
Spreader with 4 vertical rollers, 6 m3 capacity, with lubrication system.
