900 SERIES

GLOBAL EUROPEAN APPROVAL

Thanks to its incomparable performance the 900 Series stands out in the market of big Transporters . Overall approved weight of 8,040 kg permits the transport of up to 6,000 kg combined with a maximum towing weight of 14,000 kg.

The 900 Series mounts 3000 and 4400 cc VM and Perkins turbo-engines that reach power levels from 80 to 110 HP approved to the latest European and USA pollutant emission standards.
The 9110 model with its 110 HP is the most powerful Transporter in the market today.

The power is transmitted to earth by all four wheels with the possibility to electro-hydraulically disengage front wheel drive. Axles with final planetary reduction gears ensure the greatest reliability while electro-hydraulic front and rear differential locks guarantee sufficient drive in all circumstances.
CARON 6-speed synchronized gearbox with reduction gear and Hi-Low offers a total 36 speeds (24 forward + 12 reverse) ranging from 0.4 to 40 km/h.
Braking on all 4 wheels and the miniservo system and the spring parking brake with hydraulic progressive modulating valve ensure complete safety.

The spacious and soundproofed cab mounted on a refined suspension system ensures comfort under any operating conditions and eliminates roll on slopes.
The cab’s advanced position permits the optimum balancing of weight when fully loaded and offers all the space required for the transport of loads and equipment.

2-speed independent central and rear power take-offs (540-1000 rpm), hydraulic distributors at the front and behind the cab, rear 3-point linkage and various versions with wheelbases from 2400 to 3000 mm complete the vehicle with the possibility to apply every type of equipment.

The 998 intercooler model has been tested and approved by BLT-Wieselburg (Austria), DLG (Germany) and FAT (Switzerland). The tests’ results have confirmed the outstanding features of the 900 series: the highest load capacity and the lowest centre of gravity (both in the basic vehicle and in the vehicle with the equipment) in the category of big transporters.
